WASHINGTON, April 11 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Montana, issued the following statement on April 10 after the Agriculture Department complied with his request to give Montana farmers and ranchers more flexibility when repaying Marketing Assistance Loans during the COVID-19 pandemic:
