WASHINGTON, April 10 -- Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) outlined its plan to use a $20 million increase in FY2020 funding for the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI). U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) released this statement after the announcement:
