WASHINGTON, April 10 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Inspector General issued the following audit report summary for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on New York did not bill manufacturers for some rebates for drugs dispensed to enrollees of medicaid managed-care organizations:
