WASHINGTON, April 9 -- Rep. Eliot Engel, D-New York, issued the following statement on April 8 updating the community on postal issues in New York's 16th Congressional District:
"Today my office was contacted by USPS officials in response to earlier inquiries we made about missed deliveries. Staffing issues continue to be a problem, especially in the 10463 and 10471 zip codes. The postal service is experiencing severe staffing shortages across the northeast, which in turn makes . . .
