WASHINGTON, April 8 -- Rep. Andy Kim, D-New Jersey, issued the following statement in response to the removal of Acting Inspector General Glenn Fine as Chairman of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee:
"The American people deserve to know why the Acting IG was removed. Does his removal ensure taxpayer money is going towards helping people hardest hit by this crisis get back on their feet? No. Does his removal ensure big corporate executives aren't abusing the system t . . .
