WASHINGTON, April 8 -- Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release:
Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (HI-02) announced Federal funding coming to Hawaii, including over $100 million for COVID-19 response for public transit and over $7 million in Community Development Block Grants (CDBG). The funding implements portions of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), passed by Congress just over a week ago.
