Congressman Eliot L. Engel, Co-Dean of the New York Congressional Delegation and a top Member of the Energy and Commerce Committee, led a bipartisan group of 23 Members of the New York House Delegation in urging the Trump Administration to prioritize federal funding for New York health centers.
