WASHINGTON, April 7 -- Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Oregon, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sens. Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley announced they are requesting that the Small Business Administration (SBA) be prohibited from denying loan applications to cannabis small businesses in states like Oregon that have legalized cannabis use.
