WASHINGTON, April 4 -- Rep. Lance Gooden, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Lance Gooden (R-TX) has introduced the Stop COVID Act, which would allow the US Department of Justice to investigate the origin of the Coronavirus pandemic by amending the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA). The legislation would also grant jurisdiction over the matter to US Courts, allowing the Justice Department to file claims against the Chinese Communist Party here in America.< . . .
