WASHINGTON, April 4 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Montana, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senator Jon Tester announced that he secured approval of Montana's emergency allotment waiver for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Montana SNAP recipients will now be eligible for maximum benefits during the coronavirus pandemic.
