PIERRE, South Dakota, April 4 -- The South Dakota Legislative Research Council issued the following news release:
Reed Holwegner, a principal policy analyst for the Kansas Legislative Research Department, is being offered the Director position for the Legislative Research Council in South Dakota. The Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council approved the action at its April 2, 2020, meeting.
