VICTORIA, Texas, April 3 -- The University of Houston Victoria campus issued the following news release:
Students at Texas State Technical College who want to add a bachelor's degree to their credentials soon will benefit from a new transfer agreement with the University of Houston-Victoria.
The plan allows students who receive an Associate of Applied Arts & Sciences at TSTC to transfer to UHV to continue their studies toward a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science . . .
