WASHINGTON, April 3 -- Rep. Will Hurd, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Will Hurd (TX-23) announced that Kids Are First, Inc. in Carrizo Springs is receiving a grant of more than $3 million for Head Start and Early Head Start Programs. The Department of Health and Human Services awarded $3,286,457 to Kids are First, Inc.
