JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, April 2 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement:

Phil Roe, M.D. (R-Tenn.), released the following statement after the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced the agency would award Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) totaling $859,423 to Bristol, Johnson City, Kingsport and Morristown to help communities provide support services to vulnerable populations on April 2:
