ALBANY, N.Y., April 2 -- The New York State Department of Civil Service issued the following news on April 1:
The New York State Department of State and several state agencies encouraged all New Yorkers to Complete the Census on National Census Day, April 1. All New Yorkers should count themselves at the place where they are living and sleeping most of the time as of April 1, 2020.
