HONOLULU, Hawaii, April 2 -- The U.S. Pacific Air Forces issued the following news on April 1:
Gen. Robert Abrams, U.S. Forces Korea commander, addressed thousands of Korean National employees about the recent furlough due to a lapse in the Special Measures Agreement during a video, April 1.
"Today, approximately half of the USFK Korean National employee workforce has been furloughed due to a lapse in the Special Measures Agreement.
