Congresswoman Nita Lowey (D-NY17/Rockland-Westchester) announced $3,253,308 in federal funding for Westchester County, $961,755 for Rockland County, and $518,258 for the City of White Plains from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's CDBG and ESG programs funded in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
