EAST LANSING, Michigan, April 1 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Great Lakes Regional Field Office issued the following news release:

Michigan farmers intend to plant higher acreages of nearly all major field crops in 2020 than they did during the wet-weather ravaged Spring of 2019, according to Marlo Johnson, Director of the USDA NASS, Great Lakes Regional Office.
