Congressman Lee Zeldin (R, NY-1), member of the House Financial Services Committee, introduced the Interagency Council on Homelessness Coronavirus Guidance Act (H.R. 6293), which requires the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) to issue guidance to the public and stakeholders on best practices to prevent and respond to COVID-19 outbreaks for all classifications of homeless populations . . .
