WASHINGTON, March 31 -- Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement on March 30 regarding reports that Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban was using the coronavirus pandemic to pursue greater executive powers:
