NEWPORT, Rhode Island, March 31 -- The Naval Sea Systems Command issued the following news:
Cornealius "Stan" Flakes, a retiree from the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport Sensors and Sonar Systems Department, received the Department of the Navy Superior Civilian Service Award at a ceremony held on March 18.
