U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) issued the following statement after speaking with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Francis Fannon about the oil dispute between Saudi Arabia and Russia:
"Today I told Assistant Secretary Fannon not to bring any pro-Saudi Arabia legislation or ask me to oppose any anti-Saudi Arabia legislation until the Kingdom proves itself worthy . . .
