WASHINGTON, March 30 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following letter:
This morning I left Washington, D.C. to drive back to Michigan after we passed the historic CARES Act yesterday afternoon. There were some bad storms on the drive, and I even called 911 after seeing a car that flipped and was turned around on the highway. But I made it back to St. Joe safely early this evening.
There have been a few updates since last night that I want to share with you.
