WASHINGTON, March 28 -- Rep. Chellie Pingree, D-Maine, issued the following statement:
Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) released the below statement following the U.S. House of Representatives' passage of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, Congress' third legislative response to the U.S. outbreak of COVID-19:
"Today, the House passed the CARES Act, which will provide much-needed relief for Maine families from the economic impact . . .
