Last night, Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) wrote to Peruvian Ambassador to the United States, Ambassador Hugo de Zela, on behalf of Houstonians who have been stuck abroad amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to the spread of COVID-19, the country of Peru has closed its borders - leaving many United States citizens, including several of Congresswoman Fletcher's constituen . . .
