Eielson Air Force Base Community Confirms First Coronavirus Case

HONOLULU, Hawaii, March 27 -- The U.S. Pacific Air Forces issued the following news:
An Airman assigned to the 354th Fighter Wing tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
The Airman had recent travel history in the continental United States; however, contact with others was minimal due to installation policy resulting in the individual being placed in quarantine upon return to the local area.
