WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on multiple reports that the Chinese Communist Party was selling faulty medical equipment to the countries hardest hit by coronavirus:
