WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release on March 26:
Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) and other members of the House of Representatives' New York delegation sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), asking the Secretary to authorize the transfer of 20,000 ventilators to New York State from the national stockpile.
