EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska, March 26 -- The U.S. Air Force (354th Fighter Wing) issued the following news:
Eielson Air Force Base has been placed in Health Protection Condition Charlie effective March 25, 2020.
HPCON Charlie is defined as an elevated risk of sustained community transmission. Currently, there are more than 40 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the state of Alaska.
