WASHINGTON, March 26 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner Richard Glick on a decision (Docket No. CP17-80-001) involving Columbia Gas Transmission:
I dissent in part from the order on rehearing because I believe that the Commission's action violates both the Natural Gas Act/1 (NGA) and the National Environmental Policy Act/2 (NEPA). The Commission once again refuses to consider the consequences its act . . .
