WASHINGTON, March 26 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following statement in response to the Environmental Protection Agency's decision not to appeal a court ruling affecting small refineries under the renewable fuel standard:
