WASHINGTON, March 26 -- Sen. Bob Menendez, D-New Jersey, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement in reaction to the news that ex-FBI agent Bob Levinson is believed to have died in Iranian custody:
