GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas, March 26 -- The U.S. Air Force (17th Training Wing) issued the following news:
The Goodfellow AFB commander has declared a Public Health Emergency and limited movement for military personnel March 24. The base has been in Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Bravo since March 19.
