WASHINGTON, March 24 -- Rep. Jim Langevin, D-Rhode Island, issued the following statement:
Representatives Jim Langevin (D-RI), Don Bacon (R-NE), Karen Bass (D-CA), and Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) released the following statement on supporting foster youth in the next COVID-19 response package:
"Current and former foster youth, particularly older youth transitioning to adulthood, are at risk of suffering harsh social and economic consequences from the COVID-19 outbreak . . .
