WASHINGTON, March 24 -- Rep. Andy Levin, D-Michigan, issued the following statement after Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's announcement that she is issuing a "Stay at Home" order for the state:
"From the start of this crisis, Governor Whitmer has been strong and steady.
"She has often been among the first governors to see what was coming and to take action, but she has insisted on taking each step based on the evidence and the best medical advice.
