Congressman Max Rose was joined by a bipartisan group of 14 other Members of the New York Congressional Delegation in calling for a cost of living adjustment (COLA) in calculating economic stimulus payments to individuals. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's latest proposal includes limits on coronavirus (COVID-19) stimulus payments for individual with annual salaries over $75,000.
