NEW YORK, March 23 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney (D-NY) and Congressman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), today were joined by members of the New York City Delegation in requesting that Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy include $4 billion in federal assistance for the nonprofit museum industry in the next coronavirus recovery package. New York City is home to more than 100 nonprofit museums.
