HOUSTON, Texas, March 21 -- Rep. Lizzie Fletcher, D-Texas, issued the following statement:
Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) issued the following statement after the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) included the state of Texas in its Economic Injury Disaster Declaration, which grants access to its Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program that provides long-term, low-interest loans to small businesses:
"Small businesses are vital drivers of our econo . . .
