WASHINGTON, March 21 -- Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement on March 20 after the Senate confirmed Alma L. Golden as the U.S. Agency for International Development's assistant administrator for global health:
