WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement in response to the Trump administration's efforts to include a multi-billion dollar bailout for the oil industry as part of a coronavirus stimulus package:
