WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement about the announcement by the Chinese government that it will no longer allow U.S. journalists from three publications - New York Times, Washington Post and Wall Street Journal - to receive press credentials in China:
