WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved New York's request for a Disaster Declaration based on economic injury caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
