WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, ranking Republican member of the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on March 19 after the House passed the Senate version (S. 3503) of his bill to protect GI Bill benefits for student veterans during the coronavirus crisis:
