WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following statement:

Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) issues the following statement on the passage of the GI Bill Flexibility for Student Veterans, S. 3503. Due to schools temporarily closing or transitioning to online classes, this legislation helps student veterans by giving the VA authority to continue paying GI Bill payments and monthly housing allowances at existing rates.
