Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (NY-18) announced the Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved Disaster Assistance Loans for small businesses in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Orange counties. Rep. Maloney pushed the SBA to approve all four counties, as small businesses have faced closures due to COVID-19, or coronavirus, containment.
