The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities' (HACU) virtual 25th Annual National Capitol Forum on Hispanic Higher Education will take place on April 21-22, 2020, with sessions covering the most pressing legislative and appropriations priorities for Hispanic-Serving Institutions.
