WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, chairwoman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, issued the following statement on March 18 after the Census Bureau announced it would suspend field operations until April 1 due to the coronavirus pandemic:
