HOLLY, Michigan, March 19 -- Rep. Elissa Slotkin, D-Michigan, issued the following statement:
U.S. Rep. Elissa Slotkin (MI-08) released the following statement after major domestic automakers announced they would halt production at North American manufacturing plants until at least March 30. The 8th District includes General Motors Corp.'s Lansing Grand River Assembly and Orion Assembly plants, which employ more than 2,700 hourly and salaried workers.
