WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, ranking Republican member of the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, issued the following statement after the Senate passed companion legislation (S. 3503) to his bill (H.R. 6194), which would safeguard GI Bill benefits for student veterans during the coronavirus crisis:
