WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release:
In a letter to Admiral Brett Giroir, Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services and Coronavirus Czar, Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) is demanding the Administration address the urgent need for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) test kits.
Higgins writes "This Administration should be acting in a proactive way to help communities plan to address this crisis responsibly. . . .
